The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper * Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
* Extensive experience in electrical engineering within a heavy industrial, manufacturing, processing, mining or smelting workplace.
* Demonstrated experience leading, supervising and coaching engineering or technical teams.
* Strong knowledge of electrical standards, compliance requirements and engineering best practices.
* Proven capability in reliability engineering, root cause analysis, defect elimination and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships across multiple disciplines.
