I'm looking for someone who can jump in and provide a helping hand while my client recruits for this role permanently.
It's a great chance for an experienced all-rounder who enjoys variety and can confidently juggle a range of day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
What you'll be doing: Coordinating calendars, meetings and course handovers Preparing agendas and some minute-taking Monitoring shared mailboxes and Teams chats Maintaining trackers, workflows and course documentation Updating course flyers and coordinating training administration Organising accommodation, stationery and uniform orders Raising purchase orders and providing general team support What we're looking for: A solid, hands-on Administrator who can hit the ground running Someone organised,



adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities Great communication skills and attention to detail A proactive team player who enjoys keeping things running smoothly Police check WWCC will be required or willing to acquire one.
