Key Responsibilities: Lead contract administration and project delivery across a diverse range of architectural projects Act as Superintendent, managing contracts, project programming, reporting and construction administration Coordinate consultants and contractors throughout delivery, ensuring projects remain on track and to a high standard Manage D C projects and procurement processes, resolving construction issues while protecting design intent Oversee documentation, specifications, detailing, scheduling and compliance through the construction phase.
