What You'll Be Doing: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple capital and plant optimisation projects from scoping and design through to engineering procurement, installation, commissioning and operational handover.
Working closely with site teams, contractors and suppliers, you'll deliver practical improvements that reduce safety risks, generate cost savings and strengthen plant capability.
You'll be empowered to solve complex problems, lead continuous improvement and manage projects as if they were your own business, while contributing to a people-focused culture where ideas, collaboration and growth are encouraged.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, supported by experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Clear communication and influencing skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret and modify technical drawings.
Experience with 3D design packages is desirable.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or a related engineering discipline, supported by at least 2 to 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
Strong ability to compile scope of works and manage suppliers, contractors and consultants to achieve required capital project scopes on time and on budget.
