Project Coordinator Roster : Full-Time Employment Type: Permanent About the role Our Project Coordinators play a central role in driving successful project delivery, coordinating people, resources and priorities to ensure safe, efficient and effective outcomes.
You'll work closely with project leaders and site teams, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination while building your project management experience.

Skills experience Valid Australian Drivers License National Police Clearance Demonstrated some experience in a similar role or industry Preferred but not essential; Cert IV or higher in Business Administration (or relevant field), Construction Induction (White or Blue Card), previous experience in a project management role.
Duties responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities, planning, scheduling, documentation and reporting to support successful project delivery.
Coordinate workforce requirements, rosters, mobilisation, travel, accommodation, inductions, PPE and equipment.
Coordinate work assignments, plant, equipment, materials and resources to meet project and operational requirements.
Monitor project progress,
identify potential issues or delays, and coordinate timely escalation and corrective actions.
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure project activities meet company, client, safety, quality and compliance requirements.
Manage project administration including timesheets, invoicing, claims, records and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Support team leadership, onboarding, performance, development and employee engagement while fostering a cooperative, accountable and safety-focused culture.
