We're currently seeking a Provider Invoicing Officer to join our Provider Services team at My Plan Manager.

How you'll make an impact As a Provider Invoicing Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring NDIS provider invoices are accurately reviewed, processed and paid in line with established guidelines and timeframes.
Working across multiple systems and platforms, you'll: Review, assess and process NDIS provider invoices efficiently and accurately Validate invoice information and identify any discrepancies or missing details Interpret invoices against business rules and funding requirements Communicate with NDIS providers via email and phone to resolve invoice queries Request and obtain additional information required for payment processing Maintain accurate records across multiple systems Manage allocated workloads while meeting productivity and quality targets Ensure compliance with privacy,
confidentiality and data accuracy requirements Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team setting Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies About you We're less focused on industry experience and more interested in finding people with the right capability, attitude and values.
You'll need to bring: Strong computer literacy and confidence working across multiple screens and systems simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Sound data entry and administrative processing skills Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities The ability to interpret information and make decisions within established frameworks Good time management and organisational skills Basic numerical skills and confidence working with invoices and financial information A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes Strong reliability, accountability and professionalism Experience that translates well We welcome applications from candidates with experience in: Call centres and customer service environments Administration and processing roles Banking and financial services Accounts payable or invoice processing Data entry and transaction processing environments Healthcare,
