About the Role This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused role where you will provide expert implementation and workflow consulting services across healthcare environments.
You will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to configure, implement, and optimise Altera solutions,



ensuring successful adoption and alignment with customer needs.
This role is best suited to a seasoned healthcare professional with strong clinical or hospital-based experience who is looking to transition into or expand within healthcare technology implementation.
You will be supported in developing product and implementation methodology expertise, while bringing valuable real-world clinical insight to customer engagements.
The role reports into regional Professional Services leadership and works closely with global delivery teams, including key stakeholders across Singapore and Australia.
Key Responsibilities Implementation Delivery * Deliver end-to-end implementation activities in line with Altera's implementation methodology * Configure systems and support solution deployment across multiple clinical and operational domains * Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions * Provide go-live and activation support as required Clinical Workflow
