* Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
ABOUT YOU Required: * Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Typically 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years TA leadership or people‐management responsibilities.
* Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi‐market recruitment in APAC.
* Strong stakeholder‐management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Experience with TA assessment and selection tools to recruit top talent.
* Proven ability to use recruiting data and insights to drive selection, decisions and outcomes.
* Experience managing recruiting operations, vendors, and external partners.
* Robust people‐leadership, coaching, and change‐management capabilities.
Desirable: * Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* Experience recruiting within Orthopaedics industry.
MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare experience also considered * Familiarity with APAC labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance considerations.




* Experience driving employment branding projects to improve candidate attraction.
* Experience driving TA transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation.
* Background working in a global, matrixed organization.
Other: * Language: Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese and Japanese strongly preferred.
* Travel: Up to ~20%, primarily within APAC region.
* Certifications: Talent acquisition or HR certifications preferred but not required.
