About the Role Lead, influence and shape the future of Speech Pathology services across one of Victoria's large regional health services.
Goulburn Valley Health is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our Speech Pathology service and make a meaningful contribution to healthcare outcomes across the region.
This permanent full-time leadership opportunity offers the chance the drive service innovation, support workforce development and influence strategic direction across acute, subacute, outpatient and specialist programs.
You will provide clinical governance, operational leadership and strategic direction, whilst supporting patient flow and improving outcomes across the care continuum, and maintaining an appropriate clinical caseload as required.
You will be supported by a highly collaborative Allied Health leadership team and work closely with the Divisional Operations Director and fellow Allied Health Managers.

You will lead service development, workforce planning, clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes across our region.
