The Role Reporting into a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Risk and Compliance Manager will play an important role in supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the organisation's risk and compliance framework.
Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the development, maintenance and review of enterprise risk frameworks, registers and reporting.
Assisting with risk assessments and identifying emerging risks across the business.
Supporting compliance obligations, policies and internal controls.
Coordinating risk and compliance reporting for senior stakeholders.
Assisting with internal reviews, audits and control testing.
Working with stakeholders across the business to improve risk awareness and embed appropriate controls.
Contributing to broader governance and business improvement initiatives Collaborating closely with Legal, IT, Operations,



Finance and other teams to provide integrated oversight across a broad trance of areas including cyber, climate, and AI governance.
Oversee incident and breach management and reporting, ensuring appropriate escalation and continuous improvement.
This is a role with plenty of scope to develop.
The successful candidate be exposed to a broad range of business risks rather than being confined to a narrow area and as such, this represents an chance for someone with some risk and governance experience to further develop their understanding of enterprise risk, governance and compliance in a highly varied and autonomous position.
Your Profile Ideally suited to a Risk professional with approximately 2-5 years' experience, you will be someone from an enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit or related background.
You may have developed a solid foundation in risk and are now looking for an opportunity to broaden your exposure, work across a diverse range of business areas, take greater ownership of the risk function and enjoy a closer working exposure to senior stakeholders.
The role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment,

Ideally you will bring: 2-5 years' experience in risk, compliance, internal audit or a related discipline.
Experience working with risk registers, controls, assessments and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The confidence to work with stakeholders across different areas of a business.
Sound judgement and problem-solving ability with the capability to think both strategically and operationally.
A practical and commercial approach to risk rather than simply a policy-driven mindset.
A team-focused and inclusive approach and a curiosity and willingness to get involved across a broad range of issues.
Comfort working in a lean environment with a broad range of responsibilities and where no two days are the same.
A collaborative and a can-do attitude.
