Manage and strengthen relationships across an established client portfolio Develop and implement tailored service,
renewal and broking strategies Identify new business and account growth opportunities Proactively resolve client issues and manage day-to-day enquiries Work closely with claims teams on complex claims and settlement outcomes Build strong relationships with insurers and internal subject matter experts Review Account Executive documentation and support compliance standards Coach, develop and support Account Executives within the team.
What do you need?
Proven experience in insurance broking, account management or financial services Strong client management and relationship-building capability Commercially minded approach with demonstrated business development skills Robust negotiation, influencing and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and take accountability for outcomes Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification; Diploma of Financial Services or relevant tertiary qualification desirable This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who wants more than simply managing a book.
