An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate M&A; lawyer to join the Perth office of a highly regarded global law firm.
This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions for leading Australian and international clients, with a strong focus on the resources and energy sectors. You'll enjoy significant client exposure, early responsibility and the opportunity to work alongside highly respected partners on market-leading matters.
About You
You will ideally have:
4+ years' post-admission experience in Corporate/M&A; from a leading or well-regarded commercial law firm
Strong technical and commercial skills
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication abilities
The confidence to manage client relationships and contribute to complex transactions
Experience with public company work and ASX Listing Rules (advantageous but not essential)
The Opportunity
You will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:
Public and private mergers & acquisitions
Cross-border acquisitions, restructures and divestments
Private equity transactions
Equity capital markets matters, including IPOs and capital raisings
Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
Corporate governance and strategic advisory work
