Our client, based in Mascot is looking for an organised and detail‐driven Accounts & Administration Officer to support their financial, reporting and operational functions. This role suits someone who enjoys working across accounts receivable, reporting, customer service and general administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
A full time on site position, you will work across accounts payable & receivable, prepare invoices, reconcile payments/account, and complete month‐end reporting. You'll also maintain operational reports, assist with office administration, coordinate logistics with the sales team, and provide professional customer support to resolve account‐related queries.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, spreadsheets)
Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping or accounts admin
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear written and verbal communication




Customer service experience resolving account queries
A solid salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience.
