We are seeking a reliable and hands-on
Storeperson / Forklift Operator
to join our client and assist with the day-to-day operation of their stores facility.
The client is a contractor working within the
electricity and power infrastructure industry
, with the materials and equipment primarily supporting powerline maintenance and related works.
Location: Maryborough, QLD
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position involving general stores duties, stock management and material collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, checking and storing materials and equipment
Maintaining stock levels and keeping the store organised
Picking and preparing materials for work crews
Loading and unloading materials using a forklift
Collecting materials from local supplier and client stores
General stock control and inventory management
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
Assisting with other general stores duties as required
About You




We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, organised and punctual
Comfortable working independently
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Experienced in stores, warehousing or a similar environment
Holds a current forklift licence (LF)
Holds a current truck licence
Safety-conscious and attentive to detail
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in the
electrical, utilities, construction or civil industries
will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
