* Following the provided calling script/process.
* Identifying potential opportunities.
* Qualifying prospects where required.
* Handling basic objections.
* Recording call outcomes.
* Maintaining accurate lead/call records.
* Following up with prospects where required.

* Escalating interested/qualified prospects to the client.
