Community Disability Support Worker / Complex Program (Lynbrook)

The Disability Support worker primarily supports Absolutes NDIS Participants to achieve their goals as set out within their NDIS plan. This also includes the provision of personal care, companion care, and community access.
We are currently recruiting for Female only expereinced Disability Support Staff to provide in-home care services for a client in LYNBROOK.
Supporting a complex female participant with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Spinal Cord Injury.
Ability to assess, anticipate, and respond to potential risks effectively.
Competence in using specialised medical equipment, including PEG pumps, ventilators,



and suction devices, Complex bowel care.
Maintaining accurate daily records and promptly reporting any incidents or changes in the participant's condition.
Must be engaging, responsive to feedback, and able to adapt care approaches according to participant needs.
Essential for the role:
Cert 4 in Disability (DSW)
Valid work rights in Australia
Current National Police Check
Employee Working with Children Check
NDIS Workers Clearance Check
Full Australian Drivers License
