Customer Solutions & Internal Sales Support Coordinator
to join our Brisbane team based in Wacol.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and contributing to a busy, supportive team environment.
While experience in industrial sales or technical products is advantageous, we believe attitude, commitment and willingness to learn are equally important. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will support customers, Reliability Specialists and internal departments by managing enquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating customer requirements.
You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a professional and seamless experience from enquiry through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare customer quotations and sales documentation
Respond to customer enquiries and requests
Process sales orders and maintain customer records
Support Reliability Specialists and sales activitiesCoordinate supplier and procurement requirements
Follow up quotations and customer opportunities
Maintain accurate information within SAP
Assist customers with product and order enquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve customer outcomes
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Enjoy a consistent 38-hour workweek and be home every night!
About You
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities
Positive and professional attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn and develop
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Highly Regarded
Experience in customer service, internal sales or sales support
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, trade or technical industries
SAP or ERP system experience
Experience preparing quotations or managing customer accounts
