Compliance Officer - Little Scholars Deception Bay North
The Role
Are you passionate about quality, compliance and creating the best possible environment for children, families and educators? Little Scholars Deception Bay North is looking for a Compliance Officer to join our growing campus in a part-time capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented early childhood professional who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting teams and ensuring high standards are consistently maintained. You’ll work closely with the Campus Manager and Leadership Team to monitor compliance, identify opportunities for improvement and support educators to confidently meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
About Little Scholars Deception Bay North
Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home-away-from-home, family-focused early learning campus committed to creating a successful future for children, educators and families. Located in the heart of Deception Bay North, our beautiful and well-resourced campus provides education and care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit compliance across the campus and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Conduct regular health, safety and compliance checks and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the Campus Manager and Educational Leadership Team to maintain high standards
- Mentor and support educators to confidently meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance, follow up actions and contribute to continuous improvement across the campus
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of early childhood regulatory and compliance requirements
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within an early childhood setting
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to identify and address compliance matters
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting educators and contributing to a positive campus culture
