About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our store - helping customers explore new favourites, answering product questions, and creating a memorable shopping experience. You’ll support daily store operations, maintain beautiful displays, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture.

This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys connecting with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering friendly, personalised service and beauty advice

- Assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases

- Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and visually inspiring store environment

- Replenishing stock, rotating products, and supporting merchandising





- Receiving deliveries and ensuring shelves are fully stocked

- Staying up to date with beauty trends, new launches, and global favourites

- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals

- Following company policies, including returns, exchanges, and safety procedures

What You’ll Bring

- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and discovering new trends

- A friendly, approachable, and customer‑centric attitude

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers

- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends or late trade

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and follow direction

- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
