RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on program, and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
- Oversee site safety, inductions, and compliance with OH&S; requirements
- Maintain site diaries, daily reports, and progress documentation
- Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise
- Monitor quality of works against drawings, specifications, and program
- Manage multiple trades and work fronts simultaneously to maintain program

EXPERIENCE:





- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager within fitout, refurbishment, or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction programs, safety, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders
- Experience working on commercial, workplace, or similar fitout/refurbishment projects
- Procore software experience
- Full Australian working rights
