Join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of Support at Home participant statements and participant contribution invoicing. This role is responsible for managing statement production, complex reconciliations, billing validation, compliance reporting, and financial record integrity across multiple systems.

Working closely with Finance, Care Partners, Service Delivery Teams, and external stakeholders, you will investigate and resolve discrepancies, support audits and reporting requirements, monitor funding and budget accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and participant outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Produce accurate, compliant,



and timely monthly Support at Home participant statements, ensuring full alignment with program requirements and reporting obligations.
- Review, validate, and verify all statement data, ensuring expenditure, budgets, participant contributions, funding rollovers, and account balances are accurate, complete, and supported by appropriate records.
- Performing reconciliations across Carelink, funding, and financial systems.
- Investigating and resolving billing, funding, and account discrepancies.
- Maintaining compliance with Support at Home program requirements and aged care funding legislation.
- Preparing financial and operational reports to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
- Supporting audits, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing expert support on participant financial enquiries.
- Provide skilled operational support across Accounts Receivable and NDIS Billing functions during periods of leave, increased demand, or business continuity requirements, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as directed by the Finance Accounting Business Partner and Financial Controller, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and commitment to organisational objectives.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications/Essential

- Certificate III or higher (preferably in Accounting or Community Services)
- Demonstrated experience in reconciliation/ participant budget management role, preferably in Aged are or Community Sector or hospital billing and claims
- Demonstrated experience in working with large financial data
- Demonstrated experience working with medium-large ERPs (such as MS Business Central...) or Client management system (such as TrakCare, Carelink..)
- Understanding of Support at Home /Home Care Packages Program
- Intermediate EXCEL skills

- Excellent time management and ability to multitask, whilst ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly, with a strong ability to contribute to and trial new approaches aimed at continuous quality improvement
- Advanced computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based application

- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to adapt communication to a wide variety of participants and stakeholders

The fine print

- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), and hold a valid WWCC.
- Full driver license and travel between sites will be required
