This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive, experienced team where you'll work alongside another Community Leader in a dual Educational Leader and Assistant Director role. Together, you'll lead quality practice, mentor educators, support the day-to-day operations of the Centre, and make a meaningful impact on children, families, and your team every day.

Qualifications:
- A Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution, as outlined by ACECQA.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Accredited training in emergency response, including anaphylaxis and asthma management.
- Child Protection training certification.
Essential Experience:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in Early Childhood Services or a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, develop curriculums, manage administrative procedures, and liaise with parents and communities.
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and compliance systems, including the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
- Extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and its components
- Willingness to assume the role of Nominated Supervisor under relevant national laws and regulations.
