About the role

As our Logistics Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance and future direction of our warehousing, distribution and logistics operations across ANZ.

Acting as a trusted finance partner to our Logistics and S&OP; teams, you’ll turn complex operational and financial data into clear insights that support better decision-making. From month-end reporting, forecasting and cost optimisation through to strategic network analysis and systems improvement, you’ll have the opportunity to influence both day-to-day performance and longer-term supply chain strategy.

Leading a Logistics Finance Analyst, you'll draw on your logistics finance expertise to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes while helping develop capability within the team. You'll also champion opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance reporting, insights and business performance.

This role would suit someone who has built their career within a large, complex FMCG business or logistics provider and is ready to bring fresh thinking, operational insight and a continuous improvement mindset to SunRice.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead month-end reporting across warehousing and distribution, including financial and operational performance

- Deliver monthly forecasts and budgets, providing clear insights on performance, risks and opportunities

- Oversee inventory reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and SLOB management





- Partner with Logistics and S&OP; leaders to provide commercial insight and support decision-making

- Identify and deliver cost optimisation, operational improvement and project savings initiatives

- Support strategic network analysis and continuous improvement across logistics operations

- Leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance analysis, processes and reporting

- Contribute financial expertise to logistics-related projects and NPD initiatives

- Lead, coach and develop a Logistics Finance Analyst

About You

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy and analysis. You know how to simplify complexity, uncover insights and translate data into actions that drive better business outcomes.

You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, challenging thinking and identifying smarter ways of working. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll bring robust commercial acumen, a continuous improvement mindset and a genuine interest in how technology, automation and AI can create value.

Just as importantly, you're a collaborative leader who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing others and building strong relationships across Finance, Logistics, S&OP;, Supply Chain and Procurement.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in logistics finance, management accounting or commercial analysis, ideally at Finance Manager or senior analyst level

- Experience within a large, complex FMCG business or logistics provider

- Solid understanding of freight, warehousing,



distribution and logistics cost drivers

- Experience leading, coaching or developing analysts or junior finance professionals

- A track record of delivering operational improvements and commercial outcomes

- Experience identifying or implementing AI, automation or data-driven process improvements

- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information

- Experience delivering process improvement, automation and cost optimisation initiatives

- SAP experience, ideally across transportation, warehousing or logistics-related costing

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Information Systems
