About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the growth of our Farm Animal Channel across Central and Southern New South Wales. In this highly autonomous role, you will develop trusted partnerships with rural resellers, wholesalers and farmers, create new commercial opportunities and help customers achieve better animal health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to make a visible impact and grow TROY’s key brands across the region.

Key responsibilities

- Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with customers across the territory.

- Deliver agreed sales targets and KPIs.

- Use sales insights to prioritise key accounts and uncover new growth opportunities.

- Create and deliver territory plans that drive sustainable, customer-led growth.

- Execute targeted campaigns that build awareness and increase uptake of TROY brands.

- Deliver engaging product and animal health presentations to resellers and farmers.

- Share timely market intelligence and seasonal insights from across the territory.

- Respond promptly and confidently to technical enquiries, supported by our Technical Services Veterinarian.

- Provide practical on-farm product demonstrations, training and support.

- Represent TROY at conferences, field days and industry events,



building connections and championing our brands.

What you’ll bring

- Proven sales or key account management experience, supported by strong production animal knowledge.

- A demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to make technical information clear and relevant for different audiences.

- A strategic, self-directed approach and the ability to manage a large territory effectively.

- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Power BI, and experience using CRM systems.

- A proactive, self-motivated style, underpinned by excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- A current Australian driver’s license.

- Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science, business, sales or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

- You will ideally be based in regional Central or Southern New South Wales.
