An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established WA business on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension based on business requirements.
Working as part of a supportive finance team, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your current role
- End-to-end accounts receivable processing
- Raising invoices and progress claims
- Debt collection and account follow-up
- Allocating payments and receipting
- Bank reconciliations
- Resolving account queries
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Experience working within a collaborative finance team
