About the Role
We are looking for Packing Team Members to join our team at our Dandenong South site.
This is a pick and pack role, focused on accurately picking, packing, sorting and preparing fresh bakery products for customer orders and dispatch.
You will play an key role in making sure customer orders are correctly prepared and ready for delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Pick and pack fresh bakery products accurately
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Check products and quantities against customer orders
- Sort, organise and prepare bakery products
- Label and prepare orders for delivery
- Handle and move packed bakery products
- Maintain a clean and organised packing area
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a busy team
About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of repetitive packing and manual handling
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to follow established processes and instructions
- Available for afternoon/evening work
- Previous picking, packing, warehouse, food or dispatch experience is advantageous, but not essential
Hours & Availability
This is a casual position with regular shifts available for the right candidates.
Shifts are approximately 4 hours, with start times generally between 6:00pm and 8:00pm, depending on operational requirements.
We operate across 7 days, and flexibility across different days will be highly regarded.
