About the Role We're looking for a driven,



relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships and growing business.

You'll manage and develop an established portfolio of HVAC dealers and wholesalers, while identifying opportunities to increase sales, distribution and market share.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll meet with business owners, understand their needs, present solutions and build long-term partnerships.

You'll need to be hungry for results, confident developing new business and motivated by growing your territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the HVAC dealer and wholesale territory across South East Melbourne
- Build strong face-to-face relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive sales, distribution and market share
- Conduct customer visits, presentations and business reviews
- Present product updates, promotions and training
- Maintain CRM records and account plans
- Identify market and customer opportunities
- Travel regionally to Shepparton, Albury and surrounding areas approximately every 2–3 months

About You You'll ideally have:

- Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration or a related industry
- Experience working with dealers, wholesalers, distributors or trade customers
- Strong face-to-face relationship-building skills
- Confidence dealing with business owners
- A proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business
- Strong sales drive and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A current driver's licence

Plumbing wholesale experience will also be considered, particularly for candidates with strong sales and relationship-building skills.
