We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team in Griffith on a part-time or full time basis.

What you’ll be doing
As part of our clinical team, you’ll work closely with our dentists and wider practice team to deliver a seamless patient experience. Your day will include:
- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring smooth patient changeovers
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Supporting our clinicians to keep appointments running efficiently
- Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit
- Maintaining clinical areas, equipment and stock
- Working closely with the whole team to keep the practice organised and running smoothly

- Have dental assisting experience or a genuine interest in developing your career in dental
- Are warm, friendly and confident with patients
- Are reliable, organised and ready to jump in and help
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
- Have great attention to detail
- Can stay calm and positive in a busy environment
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control
- Bring a great attitude to work — we can teach skills, but attitude matters!
A Certificate III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, however we’d still love to hear from you if you have relevant dental experience.
