Strong Pilates Scarborough

Scarborough

If you've already built something of your own, keep reading.

ROBUST Pilates Scarborough is hiring someone to help grow our studio — part content creator, part campaign planner, part collab builder.

We're looking for someone who has already grown an audience or a brand themselves: a side business, a product label, an account people actually follow and buy from. If you've turned attention into sales, sign-ups or sell-outs, even at small scale, you're exactly who this ad is for.

About us

STRONG Pilates is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness franchises. Our training style blends reformer Pilates with strength and cardio — a workout you won't find anywhere else.

At Scarborough, we're not here to make up the numbers. Our goal is to be one of the highest-performing STRONG studios in Australia, and we hold everything to that standard — our coaching, our member experience, and the way we show up online.

The role

This is a growth role, not a posting role. That means understanding our members intimately and making content that speaks to more people like them. Strategy first, then the camera. Every post has a job to do.

You'll create the content that brings ideal members through our doors and you'll be measured on results, not likes. Working with the studio owner and Studio Manager, you'll help plan campaigns, then own the delivery: shoot, edit, publish, report

The bit we're most excited about: collaborations. We want someone who can spot and build social collabs with complementary local businesses — activewear, cafés, wellness brands — the cross-promotions that make boutique brands explode. If you've done this before,

tell us about it.

What you'll do

- Run batch shoot days in the studio — classes, members, coaches, events — then edit and schedule from wherever suits you.

- Create Reels and TikToks that convert attention into bookings, not just views.

- Build and pitch social collabs with local businesses.

- Help plan campaigns alongside head office programs and our own local ideas.

- Design supporting print and digital assets in Canva.

- Track what's working and report on it — you'll own a number, not just a feed.

Who you are

- You've built something. An audience, a brand, a side hustle — and you can show us what it sold, not just what it reached. This is our number one filter.

- Fitness is part of your life. You train, you get this world, and you can walk into a class and know what matters to the people in the room. That understanding always shows in the work.

- You start with who, not what. You'd rather understand the audience first than post first. Strategic by instinct, not just aesthetic.

- You shoot and edit fluently on a smartphone (CapCut or similar) and know what's performing on Instagram and TikTok right now.

- You can write — captions, hooks and offers that make people act.

- You've done collabs or cross-promotions before, or you're itching to. Highly regarded.

- You're organised, self-driven and honest about your availability.

- Local to Scarborough or nearby? Highly regarded — collabs are a local game. But don't rule yourself out over the postcode: the role is anchored at Scarborough, with occasional input across our South Perth studio too.

The details

- Casual role, 10–15 hours per week: batched studio shoot days plus off-site editing and scheduling — built to fit around uni, your own brand or other work.

- $35–$40 per hour depending on skills and experience.

- Based at our Scarborough studio, where your shoot days and collabs happen. You'll also lend ideas and campaign thinking to our South Perth studio — mostly brains, occasionally boots.

- Some Saturday and studio event coverage — events usually run on weekends.

- Do well here and the role grows with you — bigger campaigns, more strategy, more of both studios.

How to apply

Show us, don't tell us. To be considered, your application must include:

1. A cover letter — tell us why this role, and why you're the person for it.

2. Links to something you've built and grown yourself — and a line on what it achieved in real terms: sales, sign-ups, sell-outs, bookings.

3. Any collabs or cross-promotions you've been part of — what you did and what it delivered.

Applications without a cover letter and evidence of something you've grown won't progress. Shortlisted applicants will then be asked to complete a short video task before interview.
