The opportunity

As a Registered Nurse joining a U.S. hospital through Origin Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in dynamic healthcare environments. What you'll be doing

- Providing direct patient care in acute hospital settings, including A&E;, critical care, Operating Theater, Labor and Delivery and ICU environments





- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans as prescribed by physicians

- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Responding to patient needs promptly and professionally, whilst maintaining a safe and clean environment

- Performing clinical procedures and interventions within your scope of practice

- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to provide compassionate care

- Adhering to all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and hospital policies

- Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

What we're looking for

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Australia or equivalent nursing qualification recognized internationally

- Minimum 2-3 years of recent and ongoing acute specialty nursing experience

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with solid documentation skills





- IELTS score of 7.0 or higher (or equivalent English language qualification) to meet U.S. licensing requirements

- NCLEX Exam passing score

- Valid US Visa Screen Certificate

- Willingness to relocate to the United States and commit to the role for the agreed contract period

- Professional references from recent employers demonstrating clinical competence and reliability

- Clear criminal history and the ability to pass required background checks and health screening

- Flexibility and adaptability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
