We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join Godfrey Hirst Floors and join the New South Wales Hard Flooring team.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager - Hard Flooring, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with flooring retailers, buying groups and independent customers throughout your territory. You will promote our leading hard flooring brands, identify new sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer support to drive market share growth.

The territory covers the NSW Central Coast through to Coffs Harbour and inland to Armidale, with regular regional travel required.

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being supported by an experienced and team-oriented sales team. An attractive package including a competitive salary, incentive scheme and fully maintained vehicle is on offer.

Key responsibilities include

- Manage and grow a portfolio of flooring retailers, including buying groups and independent customers across New South Wales.

- Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.

- Promote Godfrey Hirst hard flooring products and support the introduction of new product ranges.

- Provide retailers with product, pricing and support to maximise sales outcomes.

- Manage your sales pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable business growth.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the ongoing success of the NSW team.

- Travel throughout your territory to maintain a consistent customer call cycle.

- About You





You are a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. You are customer-focused, commercially minded and passionate about creating long-term partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A proven ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and listening skills with a customer-first approach.

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

- Strong organisational and territory management skills.

- A proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset.

- Experience in hard flooring products, including Timber, Vinyl, Laminate and Hybrid flooring, will be highly regarded, however is not essential.

- Competency using Microsoft and CRM systems.
