We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our team and take ownership of a residential portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing their own portfolio with assistance for leasing, admin and accounts.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and property-related issues.
- Managing rental arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
- Handling day-to-day communication and resolving tenancy concerns.
- Taking responsibility for the overall management and performance of your portfolio.

About you
- Previous experience in residential property management is essential. Experience with rooming accommodation, multi-occupancy properties or similar portfolios will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Looking for opportunities to grow into more senior roles as the agency continues to expand
