Gamuda Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator & Site Administrator to join our Westmead Station project team.
This is a hands-on site-based role responsible for coordinating deliveries, materials, plant, cranage, waste and site access, while also providing administration support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site logistics and delivery bookings through Veyor.
- Manage deliveries, material transfers, inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate plant, heavy vehicles, traffic and site access requirements.
- Apply day-to-day Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
- Maintain delivery, waste, inventory and project records.
- Support site onboarding, inductions, PPE, procurement and general administration.
- Prepare basic logistics reports and coordinate site meetings.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a rapid-paced construction environment.
You will ideally have:
- 2+ years' experience in logistics,
supply chain, site administration or construction.
- Experience coordinating deliveries, materials or site logistics.
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- The ability to communicate confidently with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
- A current White Card and driver's licence.
- Forklift licence and CoR/HVNL experience are desirable.
Training will be provided on project systems including Veyor and 3DS.
