We are seeking experienced, professional and passionate Waitstaff who lead with confidence on the floor and deliver elevated, attentive service. This role is for hospitality professionals who understand section ownership, menu mastery, and the art of genuine guest connection.
The Role
- Run a section with confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume setting;
- Guide guests through our produce-driven menu and curated wine list;
- Deliver polished, professional service at all times;
- Maintain solid floor awareness and seamless service flow;
- Uphold exceptional presentation and venue standards.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality hospitality venues;
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge;
- Confident, calm and solutions-focused under pressure;
- Impeccable communication and attention to detail;
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic;
- Valid RSA and full Australian working rights;
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
