About the role:

BGW Group Head Office acts as a Support Office for our national branch network and currently has an exciting chance for an experienced, self-motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Digital Team. Reporting to the Digital Development Manager, the role is based in Brisbane but it supports both a national and international market place. This is a challenging yet rewarding role within a fast paced and expanding organisation. However most importantly, the BGW Group offer unlimited career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

- A passion for providing excellent customer service

- A desire for helping people and solving complex problems

- An ability to uncover additional information by asking appropriate questions

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

- An ability to grasp new technology quickly

- A team player with a willingness to contribute to the team key objectives





- Experience dealing with a large variety of Stakeholders (ranging from internal staff and managers, through to external CFO's and CEO's)

Your principal accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting and driving the Groups digital engagement strategy

- Handling all inbound and outbound queries relating to the groups e-commerce platforms, ie:

- Phone calls

- Emails

- Order fulfilment assistance

- Live chat queries

- Where necessary assist in copywriting, editing and proof reading a variety of materials

- Ability to continually critique our online user experience
