New Homes Specialist (Contractor role | Commission Only)

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the passionate team at Status Residential as a New Homes Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping customers turn their dream of home ownership into reality.

What you'll be doing

· Work with internally generated leads to understand their needs and aspirations

· Build genuine relationships with clients to guide them through their journey

· Provide expert advice and guidance on the benefits of Status Residential homes

· Support customers from initial enquiry to final purchase

What we're looking for

· Proven track record of exceptional customer service (any industry).

· A people-first mindset because the best salespeople are authentic and genuinely care.

· Strong communication and relationships building skills.

· High emotional intelligence and a passion for helping others.

· A positive,



solutions-focused attitude and willingness to take on challenges

· Social media savvy, with the ability to generate leads through Metta and/or Tik Tok
