What You'll Be Doing

- Developing the skills and experience needed to become a successful Store Manager.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading with energy, positivity, and a customer-first mindset.
- Building solid leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.
- Learning all aspects of successful store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, rostering, and productivity.
- Supporting sales growth and developing a strong understanding of key commercial drivers.
- Maintaining high standards across the sales floor and back-of-house operations.
- Leading with pace and adaptability in a fast-moving retail environment.
- Working alongside experienced leaders who will support your growth and development every step of the way.

About You

- Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another quick-paced workplace.
- A genuine desire to progress into a Store Manager role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.




- A hands-on leadership approach and willingness to lead from the front.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about developing people and creating positive team cultures.
- Flexible to work across multiple stores within the South Brisbane Region as required.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment.
