We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is about much more than simply booking vehicles in for servicing. You’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop - keeping customers informed, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every customer receives the high level of service and care they expect from Cooper Automotive.

Your Service Advisor duties include:

- Serving as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude

- Communicating regularly with customers to keep them updated on the progress of their vehicle, clearly explaining any recommended repairs or maintenance, and obtaining approval for additional work in a friendly, professional and easy-to-understand manner.

- Liaising with technicians, workshop management and third parties as required

- Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices

- Processing payments and handling daily cash reconciliation

- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all service work

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Previous Service Advisor Experience, or

- Be an experienced technician looking to change roles

- Strong communication and people skills

- High level of organisation and attention to detail

- Be reliable, dependable and committed,



with a strong work ethic and a professional presentation.

- Good computer and system skills

- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
