You’ll be joining as a Senior Accountant, with strong training and support from day 1, you will also work closely under a Great Manager & gain exposure to direct work with the Partners on more complex advisory matters. The role offers a strong balance of client relationship management, technical delivery, and advisory exposure, with support from junior and offshore team members, rather than just 100% compliance.
This position is designed as a genuine progression opportunity, with a clear pathway to Assistant Manager within 6–18 months based on performance.
The structure of the firm allows senior staff to focus less on basic compliance and more on higher-value advisory, planning, and client-facing work.

About you:
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, ideally CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- 4–7+ years’ experience in Business Services / Tax within Public Practice
- Strong client management skills with keen interest to run a portfolio independently in the long term
- Keen to step into a leadership role and mentor junior staff
- Technically strong with a proactive, advisory mindset
- Confident working in a cloud-based environment (Xero experience preferred)
