- Temporary employment up to 30th June 2027 (with possibility of extension)
- Full time role & 35 hour working week
- RFS Level 6/7
- Attractive annual salary $104,323 - $115,110 p.a. plus 12% superannuation

What you’ll be doing:
Join the Fleet Production team and play a key role in supporting the business functions that keep our fleet programs moving. As a Fleet Business Officer, you’ll work across financial administration, procurement, document development, reporting, records management and project support, while collaborating with teams across Fleet Production and the broader NSW RFS. You’ll help coordinate priorities, monitor projects and deliverables, prepare business information, and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes. This is a varied, hands-on role where your organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the efficient delivery of fleet services that support NSW RFS members and communities across the state.
Our ideal candidate:
- Our ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive professional who can provide effective business,
administrative and project support within a busy Fleet Production environment.
- They will have experience in financial administration, document development, procurement, reporting and corporate systems, with solid attention to detail.
- The successful candidate will confidently manage competing priorities, monitor projects and deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve business processes and service delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a commitment to customer service, integrity and accountability.
- An understanding of fleet operations and a genuine appreciation of a volunteer-based emergency service environment are highly desirable.
