We are seeking someone ideally with Solar Industry experience that is an enthusiastic and driven Sales Professional to join our team based in Ulladulla. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive base salary, attractive commission structure, a work vehicle, and company mobile phone.
About the Role
As a Sales Skilled, you will help homeowners and businesses transition to clean, cost-effective energy solutions. You will work with qualified leads, conduct customer consultations, prepare tailored solar proposals, and guide clients through the sales process from enquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and qualify sales opportunities
Conduct consultations with residential and commercial clients
Prepare and present solar and battery system proposals
Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline
Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
Work closely with our installation and operations teams
Achieve and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience (solar industry experience)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Current Australian Driver's Licence
