We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Administration Assistant to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative marketing activities and administrative responsibilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. We are flexible with your choice of either part time (approximately 30 hours per week) or full time (40hrs) for the role.
Key responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content across various platforms
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Update website content and marketing materials
Coordinate promotional activities and events
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Assist with content creation, including blogs, graphics, and promotional materials
Provide general administrative assistance to the team
Organise and update insurances, manage claims, registrations
Maintain accurate records and databases
Manage repair and warranty returns process
About you
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous administration or marketing experience is desirable but not essential
