Reporting to the Venue Leadership Team, you'll lead gaming operations on shift and support strong service, compliance and team performance.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and support Gaming Attendants on shift
Deliver a welcoming and professional member experience
Maintain gaming floor presentation and operating standards
Support gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
Resolve member enquiries and operational issues confidently
Assist with loyalty programs, promotions and gaming equipment matters
About you
Experience as a Gaming Supervisor
Robust knowledge of gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling
Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
Transparent communication, sound judgement and attention to detail
Confidence using systems and completing shift administration
Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Current NSW RSA and ARCG competency cards
Full Australian working rights
