Own the design and ongoing improvement of JMORD’s website across desktop and mobile.
Map the full customer journey, from discovering a service to making an enquiry, booking and receiving support.
Design and maintain service pages, enquiry forms, booking flows and customer-facing digital materials.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and final designs in Figma.
Help implement approved website updates and work with developers or external providers on changes beyond your technical scope.
Review website analytics and customer feedback to identify where visitors drop off or struggle to find information.
Plan and run usability checks, then turn the findings into practical improvements.
Develop consistent design components, templates and guidelines for JMORD’s digital channels.
Design landing pages and campaign assets with the marketing team.
Keep service information accurate as JMORD’s packages, pricing and processes change.
Manage a design backlog, prioritise improvements with the founders and report on completed work.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
