We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day sales, marketing and business development activities of our growing health, wellness and beauty business.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is commercially minded, creative and eager to gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, FMCG and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the sales and marketing team.
Assist with customer enquiries, sales administration, quotations, orders and account support.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, product information and marketing materials.
Support relationships with retail, wholesale, distribution and other business customers.
Assist with recent product launches, retail campaigns, promotions and marketing activities.
Coordinate digital and social media content, product imagery and other brand assets.
Assist with market, competitor, product and consumer research.
Support business development projects, including current customers, retail opportunities, distribution channels and international markets.
Assist with preparation of samples, product submissions and presentations for prospective customers and retail buyers.
Maintain sales records, customer databases,



price lists and other commercial documentation.
Coordinate with production, operations and other internal teams to support customer and product requirements.
Provide general administrative and project support to management.
Assist with other sales, marketing and business development initiatives as required.

About You

You are organised, enthusiastic and commercially minded, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working across both creative and administrative tasks and are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving setting.

Experience or qualifications in marketing, business, commerce, sales or a related field would be advantageous. Experience within FMCG, health, beauty, retail or e-commerce is also highly regarded but not essential. Secondary languages such as Korean or Chinese is also highly regarded but not essential.

This role offers exposure to the full commercial side of a growing FMCG business — from product development and branding through to retail, sales, marketing and international business development.

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
