Demonstrated end-to-end case management experience with substantial misconduct, investigation and discipline matters, performance management and employee complaints.
Demonstrated achievement in providing advisory and support services to stakeholders on complex employee relations matters.
Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated cutting-edge and analytical problem-solving skills, with a adaptable and agile approach, in a complex, rapidly changing, and sensitive workplace.
Ability to assist in the preparation and management of unfair dismissal and appeal matters and knowledge of QIRC rules and procedures.
Highly developed communication and oral presentation skills, including the proven ability to write concise, high-quality reports, briefs, and other correspondence.
