CSi Club Southport is one of the largest and most iconic clubs on the Gold Coast, right in the heart of Southport, and a proud winner of Best Restaurant at the Clubs Queensland Awards in both 2025 and 2026. Our venue includes a 400-seat restaurant, café, four bars, function and event spaces, a newly renovated gaming room, and a brand-current kids' playground and splash zone that's drawing more families to the club than ever.

Roles available
Full time Chef

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook a range of dishes to set recipes and standards, with consistent taste and presentation
Manage multiple orders and prioritise during peak service
Cater for functions, events and large group bookings
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, including temperature logs and cleaning schedules
Keep a clean, organised workstation and assist with stock rotation and labelling to minimise waste




Communicate effectively with back-of-house and front-of-house teams
Follow WHS procedures and report hazards or equipment issues
Work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

About you
Experience cooking in a high-volume commercial kitchen
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Calm, reliable and organised under pressure
A genuine team player who takes pride in their work

Qualifications
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher), essential for sponsored applicants
Food Safety Supervisor or Food Safety Certificate (or able to obtain within an agreed timeframe)
