We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our established Property Management team.

You will manage a residential portfolio of approximately 180 properties and have the autonomy to manage your portfolio effectively, with support from our leasing and accounts teams.

This is a Monday to Friday role with no Saturday work.

The Role
Manage an established residential portfolio of approximately 180 properties
Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
Conduct routine and exit inspections
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Manage complex tenancy matters and compliance
Prepare for and attend NCAT where required
Maintain accurate portfolio records and administration

About You

You will have:
Solid residential Property Management experience
Sound knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Confidence managing complex tenancy matters and NCAT
Robust organisation and communication skills




A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with PropertyMe or similar Property Management software
