About the Role

As a Chef at Lobster Shack, you will:
Work across multiple kitchen sections including grill, larder, seafood prep, fryers, and plating.
Produce high‑quality dishes consistent with our brand and customer expectations.
Support the Head Chef and kitchen leadership team in daily operations.
Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist with menu specials, prep, and effective service delivery during peak periods.
