Male Disability Support Worker – Bannockburn We Are Hiring!

What You’ll Be Doing
Community Access: Taking the participant out and about to enjoy local activities, appointments, and community events.
Daily Support: Helping out with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care routines to ensure comfort and well-being.
Positive Guidance: Following and supporting routine Behaviour Support Plans with a gentle, consistent approach.

Mandatory Requirements




Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid & CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s License and a reliable, insured car
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Quality, Safety and You)

Excellent to Have
Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Background in mental health support
Confidence with personal care, daily support routines, and community trips
Familiarity with following routine behaviour support plans

Availability

Must be flexible with availability, preferably Mon-Fri, day shift and afternoon towards evening shifts. Must be okay with casual position
